TRY-ONS

We offer in-person try-ons at our Gold Coast try-on space.
Try-ons are $20, redeemable off your hire if you proceed with a booking.


RENTAL PERIOD

Your rental period includes both delivery and return days.
Example: A 4-day hire from Friday to Monday means the item arrives Friday and must be lodged at Australia Post by 4PM Monday.

If your return date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, return the item on the next business day and notify us.


DELIVERY

We ship via Express Post. Once tracking is provided, you are responsible for monitoring delivery.
A signature may be required for high-value items.

If tracking shows Delivered (including “safe drop”), the parcel is considered received.
If the parcel goes missing after confirmed delivery, you are liable.


RETURNS

Postal Returns

Use the prepaid Express Post satchel included with your hire.
Lodge the parcel over-the-counter at Australia Post by 4PM on your final hire day.

If using a yellow Express street box, you must take a time-stamped photo of the lodgement. Do not use red post boxes.

If no scan is recorded and you cannot provide proof of lodgement, you may be charged the replacement fee.

Local Pick-Up / Drop-Off Returns

If you collected your hire locally, it must be returned to the designated Style Hire drop-post box by 10PM on your final hire day.

You must also take a time-stamped photo showing the item being placed in the drop box as proof of return. Late or unverified returns may incur additional fees.


LATE RETURNS

Late returns are charged at $30 per day.
After 15 days, the item is considered non-returned and you may be charged up to 150% of the RRP.


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds are not offered unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Store credit is provided as follows:

  • 30+ days before hire date: Store credit minus a $20 fee
  • Within 30 days: Store credit minus a $30 fee
  • Within 48 hours of start date: No credit

Credit notes are valid for 3 years and are non-transferable.


FIT ISSUES

If your item doesn’t fit, contact us within 4 hours of delivery.
The garment must be unworn and returned the same day via Express Post.

Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued minus a $30 fee and postage costs.

Refunds are not provided for sizing issues.

(This policy applies to postal hires. In-person try-ons allow you to confirm sizing before booking.)


DAMAGE, STAINS & LOSS

Do not attempt to clean, alter, pin, tape, or cut the garment.

You are liable for any damage, permanent stains, or loss.


If the item is lost or damaged beyond repair, you may be charged up to 150% of the RRP.

Specialist cleaning or minor repair fees may apply if required.


FAKE TAN

Use of fake tan is at your own risk.
Permanent staining may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.


CLEANING

Professional cleaning is included with all hires.
Do not attempt to clean garments yourself.

If specialist cleaning is required due to stains, odours, or damage, a fee may apply.


IDENTIFICATION

We may request valid photo ID for high-value hires.
If ID is not provided when requested, we reserve the right to cancel your order.


LIABILITY

You are responsible for the garment from the moment it is delivered until it is returned and scanned by Australia Post.

Style Hire is not liable for:
• Postal delays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Missed deliveries
• Event cancellations or disruptions outside our control
