Refund policy

We want you to love your hire — but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle it.


Fit Issues

If your piece doesn’t fit, email us within 4 hours of delivery.
The item must be unworn and returned the same day via Express Post.

You’ll receive store credit minus:

  • a $30 admin fee, and

  • the postage cost.

Refunds are not offered for sizing issues.


Cancellations

  • 30+ days before hire date: Store credit minus a $20 fee

  • Within 30 days: Store credit minus a $30 fee

  • Within 48 hours: No credit

Credits are issued once items are removed from the booking calendar.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Damage, Loss, or Stains

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Specialist cleaning

  • Repairs

  • Replacement of damaged or lost items

If an item is lost or beyond repair, you may be charged up to 150% of the RRP.


Credit Notes

All credit notes are:

  • Valid for 3 years

  • Non-transferable
